On 12 October 2022, the workshop on directing maternal and child health care activities in Northern provinces was organised by the Ministry of Health’s Maternal and Child Health Department (MCH Department) in cooperation with the Vietnam Network of Social Organizations for Nutrition (SUN CSA).
Here, ChildFund Vietnam’s representative has joined more than 70 delegates to discuss about maternal and child health care, including monitoring frameworks, evaluation, and models of care for the first 1000 days of a child’s life.
The website demo for online monitoring and evaluation was a highlight of the workshop. The platform developed by SUN CSA and the MCH Department aims to enable province officials to report in an easy and timely manner. SUN CSA is currently gathering feedback to refine the platform in the coming time.
