On 2 September 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Lien, Country Director of ChildFund Vietnam, attended the “Meeting to Express Gratitude to International Friends” marking the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, organised by the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front.

Within the framework of the event, ChildFund Vietnam was honoured to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for its tangible contributions to Viet Nam’s socio-economic development. This prestigious recognition is a meaningful milestone, affirming the Government’s acknowledgment of ChildFund Vietnam’s three-decade commitment to children. As of 2025, ChildFund has implemented 297 projects with a total budget of nearly AUD 72 million (equivalent to more than VND 1.2 trillion). In recent years, our projects have directly supported around 50,000 children annually and indirectly benefited millions more.
