Position Description

ChildFund Pass It Back is an innovative Sport for Development program that aims to equip children and
young people in Asia to overcome challenges, inspire positive social change and ‘pass it back’ to their
communities. See for more information.

The overall objectives of the Regional Operations Officer (Learning) are to support the high quality operations of the ChildFund Pass It Back program by (i) providing support to the Regional Team to undertake new country start-ups including proposal and budget development; (ii) providing operations and reporting support for allocated countries; (iii) ensuring program level reporting is of a high standard; (iv) managing the program’s Salesforce system and app development/roll-out; (v) ensuring measuring change consistency across all operations and; (vi) coach training support.
