Position Description

The Pass It Back Project Officer (Measuring Change) is responsible for the implementation and management of the Pass It Back Project in Hoa Binh Province, with a particular focus on:

  • Supporting Pass It Back Coaches to deliver the Pass It Back curriculum to defined quality standards in
  • a defined geographical area;
  • Providing technical input to improve the learning experience for players;
  • Taking a lead in data collection;
  • Supporting on-going learning around curriculum content and development;
  • Taking a technical lead on safeguarding and broader community engagement including parents and
  • local authorities;
  • Executing project proposal commitments on-time, on-budget and to defined quality standards;
  • To lead compliance with Measuring Change protocols.
