Pham Thi Thanh Van – Civil Society Specialist
Van started her role at ChildFund in August 2018. She works as the focal point for ChildFund Vietnam on civil society and cross cutting elements in all ChildFund Vietnam programs. She ensures technical quality and capacity building aspect of projects promoting people’s participation, women empowerment, as well as promoting the rights of marginalized groups. Van holds a bachelor’s degree in English at Hai Phong University, Vietnam. Previously she had more than 10 years of experience in coordinating and managing program/projects on human rights, women’s rights, disability inclusion, and civil society. 
Pham Van Vinh – Bac Kan Provincial Manager
Vinh joined ChildFund in January 2015 as Provincial Manager in Bac Kan province. He is responsible for the overall management of the Bac Kan office’s daily operations including human resource management, planning, implementation and supervision of all aspects of program and activities for ChildFund Vietnam in Bac Kan. Vinh  has broad experience working at various international non-governmental organisations in the fields of Socio-Economic Development Planning (SEDP), Rural Finance, Value Chain Development and facilitate farmer groups in the productive partnerships with SMEs. Vinh obtained a BSc in Business Administration at Vietnam Forestry University and finished the MSc in Economic Management at Thai Nguyen University of Economic and Administration.
Nguyen Sang – Hoa Binh Provincial Manager
Sang joined ChildFund in October 2014 as Provincial Manager. He is responsible for the overall management of the area development office’s daily operations including managing all staff as well as leadership, managing and supervising all aspects of program and activities for ChildFund Vietnam in a program area. Sang has held a number of positions during the last 13 years working for different international non-governmental organisations. Sang obtained a BSc in Natural Resources and Environment Management at Hanoi University of Agriculture (Vietnam), an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and Integrated Watershed Management at Hohenheim University (Germany), and an MSc in Project Management at Nantes University (France).
Le Thi Bich Van – Cao Bang Provincial Manager
Van joined ChildFund in October 2018. She is responsible for the overall management of the Cao Bang office’s daily operations including human resource management, planning, implementation and supervision of all aspects of program and activities for ChildFund Vietnam in Cao Bang. Van has diverse experience working at both international non-governmental and governmental organisations in the fields of livelihoods, governance, child rights and civil society. She holds a Diploma of Development Studies Specialization at the Institute of Development Studies, Switzerland.
