Nguyen Thi Bich Lien - Country Director
Lien has been working for ChildFund since August 2001 at the positions relating to administrative, HR and support services management. Since February 2018, Lien has responsibility for leadership, people management, program innovation, grants growth, partner relationships – as well as the overall management of the organisation’s activities in Vietnam. Lien holds a Master of Science's degree in Human Resource Management from Akamai University, USA.
Vuong Dinh Giap – Program Manager
Giap commenced in ChildFund in June 2013. He is responsible for leadership, management and oversight for all program activities and key program personnel in Vietnam. Before that, he held the position of Livelihoods Sector Manager, under ChildFund's Building Strong and Resilient Communities program implemented in Vietnam until March 2015. Previously, he had 7 years working for an iNGOs as Program Manager and Program Coordinator, since 2005. Giap graduated from Vietnam University of Commerce, BA Economics. He has a Master's degree majoring in Public Management and Economics from University Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium and National Economics University, Vietnam.
Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai - Finance Manager
Hoai started her career with ChildFund in Jun 2002. As a Finance Manager she is responsible to maintain efficient and timely finance and for all accounting operation respects, the procedure and regulation of government updated for all activities within ChildFund’s overall program in Vietnam. Hoai holds a bachelor's degree and majored in finance and accounting. Hoai was promoted to be the Regional Financial Manager from June 2013 to June 2016. She is responsible for managing and support financial activities of ChildFund's offices in Vietnam and Laos.
Nguyen Thi Thai Ha – Sponsor Relations Manager
Ha started contributing to SR team in July 2001 and since she was promoted to SR Coordinator in December 2003 she has been responsible for leadership, management, coordination and supervision of all aspects of ChildFund’s Sponsor Relations ctivities of Child Sponsorship programs in Vietnam. She became Sponsor Relations Manager in July 06. Ha has got a bachelor's degree, majoring in English at Hanoi University of Foreign Studies
Le Ngoc Bao – Child Protection Specialist
Before commencing his career at ChildFund in March 2009, Bao had had many years working at international non-governmental organisations focusing on promoting the child rights, child protection and vocational training for the youth. As a Child Protection Specialist, Bao is the focal point for ChildFund in Vietnam on child protection projects and cross cutting child protection elements in all ChildFund in Vietnam programs. He ensures the technical quality and capacity building aspect of child protection program/ projects. Bao has got a Master's degree in Business Administration from La Trobe University.
