Deborah Leaver – Country Director
Deborah started her career at  ChildFund in February 2010 as the Country Director of ChildFund in Vietnam, an offshore representative office of ChildFund Australia. She is responsible for all activities and operations of ChildFund in Vietnam, managing a program team and support staff across four offices to implement community-based development programs in Vietnam. Prior to joining ChildFund Deborah gained extensive experience working in emergency response, conflict and community development programs in a number of INGOs in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Deborah has a Master's degree in International and Community Development and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Rights.  
Vuong Dinh Giap – Program Manager
Giap commenced in ChildFund in June 2013. He is responsible for leadership, management and oversight for all program activities and key program personnel in Vietnam. Before that, he held the position of Livelihoods Sector Manager, under ChildFund's Building Strong and Resilient Communities program implemented in Vietnam until March 2015. Previously, he had 7 years working for an iNGOs as Program Manager and Program Coordinator, since 2005. Giap graduated from Vietnam University of Commerce, BA Economics. He has a Master's degree majoring in Public Management and Economics from University Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium and National Economics University, Vietnam.
Nguyen Thi Bich Lien - Operations Manager
Having been working for ChildFund since August 2001, Lien is responsible for leadership, management and supervision for all aspects of HR, Administrative/Office management, IT services, general  logistical and legal support for ChildFund’s operational activities and other organisational risk, ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organisational operations through the provision of effective methods and coordination. Lien holds a Master of Science's degree in Human Resource Management from Akamai University, USA.
Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai - Finance Manager
Hoai started her career with ChildFund in Jun 2002. As a Finance Manager she is responsible to maintain efficient and timely finance and for all accounting operation respects, the procedure and regulation of government updated for all activities within ChildFund’s overall program in Vietnam. Hoai holds a bachelor's degree and majored in finance and accounting. Hoai was promoted to be the Regional Financial Manager from June 2013 to June 2016. She is responsible for managing and support financial activities of ChildFund's offices in Vietnam and Laos.
